Golf Charity Day
Over £5300 was raised at British Friends of Boys Town Jerusalem’s annual Charity Golf Day which took place recently at Dyrham Park Country Club in Hertfordshire. 48 golfers took part in this flagship event, and the winning team, containing all non-Dyrham Park members included Gary Green, Adrian Cohen, Sid Shaw and Laurence Davis.
Laurence Stein, Development Director of British Friends of Boys Town Jerusalem said ” This is the third time that we’ve held a Charity Golf Day, and it is always a wonderfully enjoyable and successful event. The golfers who participated really appreciated that raising money for Boys Town Jerusalem is paramount, and to that end, they were most generous and supportive. 
The money raised will help to enrich the lives of poverty-stricken and disadvantaged Jewish boys who continue to study at Boys Town Jerusalem, one of Israel’s leading and most dynamic residential, educational developments.”
